At Agreements.co.in, we strive to provide high-quality, professionally structured agreement templates. Since our platform delivers digital documents instantly upon payment, our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the nature of digital goods.
Instant Draft (Digital Download)
For Instant Draft purchases, since the agreement PDF is generated and delivered immediately after payment, refunds are generally not available once the document has been generated and made available for download. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your document, please contact us within 24 hours of payment for assistance.
E-Stamp & Registration Services
For E-Stamp coordination and Registration Support services, if the service has not yet been initiated, a full refund may be issued upon request. If the service is partially completed, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once the service has been fully delivered, refunds are not available.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via the Contact page or email us with your order reference number, the email address used during purchase, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following cases: if a technical error on our platform prevented document generation, if the payment was processed in error or duplicated, or if the document generated was materially different from what was described on the platform.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
